Vicky Watkins, Chinowth and Cohen’s own “Okie from Muskogee,” served as a Social Security Manager for over thirty-five years; her tenure in public service allowed her to travel all over the State of Oklahoma, serving as an advocate for the public. She is a member of the Federal Employees Association, the retired Federal Employees Association, and a member of the Executive Women in Government Association as well.
